Bring a base of knowledge in RF design and simulation of RF/microwave/millimeterwave components. Some specific experience includes DC to light passive designs such as antennas, arrays, couplers, splitters, detectors, filters in various topologies such as the various strip transmission lines and waveguide. Also have experience in active designs such as PA, LNAs, comb generators, PLLs, VCOs and additional frequency synthesis. Also have experience in various high frequency transceiver designs. Specialize in 3D electromagnetic simulation to meet design requirements for EMC/EMI conducted or radiated susceptibility, shielding effectiveness and design of structures and devices. Work with your design team to meet your design goals and cost objectives. Will bring in additional expertise, if needed, to achieve those goals. Work with fabrication and test houses for prototyping. Provide necessary documentation and libraries for your design team to take control, scale and shift the product as needed. Provide scattering parameters or other model/block necessary for your implementation in design.
