"What shall we discuss"?

Here's some good news from Michael Thompson

Bonnie, Lee's work is now on display at American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore, Md. http://www.avam.org/index.html and will be in the group show, Golden Blessings of Old Age; Out of the Mouths of Babes...through Sept 2004.

They asked for nine pieces, but only 3 were finally displayed. Disappointed, I soon recovered after seeing the show. Lee is beautifully presented and in very good company i.e.

  • Bill Traylor,
  • Grandma Moses,
  • Sam Doyle,
  • Nellie Mae Rowe,
  • Joseph Yoakum
  • and many, many others. It's a huge show and well worth a trip to Baltimore.

Always,
Michael
